Recognizing fatigue risk and exploring self-care needs
One of the most important actions to promote health and safety in the workplace is to take a preventive approach to workplace fatigue. Click on the " Modified Fatigue Impact Scale" and the Flinders Fatigue" buttons for links to anonymous surveys you can do to gain insight into aspects of your own self-care and fatigue risk.
